The Michigan Department of Natural Resources today announced that the Accessibility Advisory Council will hold its next regular meeting Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the DNR Lansing Customer Service Center, 4166 Legacy Parkway (off Jolly Road) in Lansing. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m.
The council will receive a presentation from the Michigan Department of Civil Rights regarding the process for handling Americans with Disabilities Act filings, as well as a discussion with the DNR Parks and Recreation Division regarding electric vehicle charging stations. In addition to conducting regular business, the council also will receive updates from the department’s sponsor, the accessibility team chair, other department staff and council members.
The Dec. 12 meeting agenda is available on the council’s web page.
